PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH (BODY OF CHRIST) - (WORDFEAST SERIES)

Word Feast Series: Praying The Psalms. 

Pastor Tokunbo Johnson leads the congregation in Prayer for The Church (Body of Christ)

Bible reading: 63 - 67

Prayer Points include;

Father, I receive grace, strength to enter into the fullness of your blessing for my life, for my ministry. I will not be confined to the background, I will be rise above.

I will be saying at age 55, 65, 85 give me the mountain. No death, no sickness, no weakness, no infirmities, no dulling, no stopping there are territories to be conquered. It’s time to live.

God will not withhold his love from me. He will hear my every cry, he will hear my every plea.

Let the land yield the harvest of souls, let Nigeria yield its harvest of souls, let Africa yield its harvest of souls in Jesus Name. 

Father, let there be an increasing intensity of the gospel of Jesus in this city until every knee bows and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. 

Everything we do as we pray will go out to bring conviction to unbelievers and turn people to righteousness. I ask that every church service, every apostle, evangelist, pastor, prophet, teacher, every believer would carry a fresh zeal to see the gospel preached, so that the land can yield its harvest.

I pray for the harvest of souls. I pray for the harvest of the nations, that the nations would be harvested. Unbelievers would be harvested, let everything I do lead to the harvest of the land.

I pray for three things about His Church, the body of Christ;  (1) I pray to God to change the perspective of our message, (2) that God will change the perspective of the method we use in reaching the lost, (3) God will change the individual messenger believer in the body of Christ. Father change the gospel of your church. Let every believer be a true messenger of your word.

God give us fresh strategies on how to preach the gospel.
